Telegram remains the backup path

Use Telegram when the web panel is unavailable, when mobile data is weak, or when you want to issue a command from the phone without opening the dashboard. The commands map to the same worker API.

Best used for emergency actions, quick approvals, and notifications when the browser is not convenient.
